Our goal is for a safe and fair experience for all of our guests. Please review this important information before purchasing tickets.

REFUND POLICY

There are NO REFUNDS unless you buy the purchase protection option before checkout. Be sure to read the purchase protection terms in advance.

CHANGING A TICKET RESERVATION

How to Change:
​Once you buy tickets, claim your account with TicketSpice (an email will appear after purchase). When you sign in to the account, click on your tickets and find the EDIT link.

Frighthouse Station cannot answer requests regarding reservation changes in person, online, or by phone. 
 
Limitations:
​Tickets cannot be changed within 24 hours of your reservation. Changing to a different time or day is possible only if tickets are available for the requested time and day. There are no refunds if no other times or days are available.

Price Changes:
If you move your reservation to a higher-priced weekend, you will be charged based on the difference. If you change to a lower-priced night, there is no refund for the difference.

CANCELING A TICKET RESERVATION

Canceling tickets for a refund are only available if you added purchase protection. Limitations apply. Review the insurance terms before checking out. Any attempts at chargebacks with your bank will be rigorously challenged using your agreement with these terms.

TIMED TICKETING

What It Means:
Show up during the hour scheduled on your ticket and wait in the designated line. (For example, tickets for 7:00 pm can enter between 7:00 and 7:59 pm.) We scan your ticket to confirm you enter during the correct hour.

Showing Up Late:
No guaranteed admission if you show up late, and there are no refunds for missing your reservation window unless you added purchase protection.

Delays Due to Parking:
No refunds for a lack of parking. Plan time to arrive, park, and wait in line with a properly-scanned ticket. We are located close to the Tacoma Dome, so check its schedule for events that may impact parking.

GUEST BEHAVIOR

If someone in your group is removed from the show due to poor behavior, the entire group leaves with them – with no refund.

Reasons to be Removed From the Event Include:

Harassment:
Touching, harassing and/or making sexually explicit comments / behavior to other guests, actors and staff. Some of our actors are minors. What you might think is funny could be a crime!

Weapons:
Carrying weapons of any kind is prohibited. This includes prop weapons. Frighthouse Station reserves the right to prohibit any items at their discretion.

Drugs & Alcohol:
This means intoxication or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior both inside and in line.

Smoking and Vaping:
Prohibited both in line and inside.

Flash Photography:
This is a safety hazard! This includes photographing or video recording that disrupts a guest’s experience or interferes with our actors or staff.

Unsafe Behavior:
Running, pushing and shoving, going into "Staff Only" locations, and blocking exits.

Violence:
This includes verbal and physical assaults inside or outside the event.

Adult Language:
Intentional profanity, especially directed at cast members, is prohibited.

Line Breaking:
This includes leaving and re-entering a line for any reason or place-holding in line.

Theft and Vandalism:
This includes touching, taking, or moving sets and/or props.

Refusing Directions:
If you refuse to follow verbal or printed instructions or cooperate with staff, actors, or security, there are no second chances. Behave yourself!

AGE APPROPRIATE CONTENT

We recommend ages 12 and older. There are no refunds if a member of your group asks to leave early. Our show is considered “PG-13” and contains scenes of simulated violence, some gore, darkness, very close spaces, unexpected startles, jump scares, brief invasions of your personal space, loud noises, flashing lights, blasts of air or water, and simulated fog and mist.

SAFETY PLEDGE AND LIABILITY WAIVER

Frighthouse Station has implemented rules to keep guests safe, but they cannot prevent all risks associated with your attendance. You enter this event "At Your Own Risk".

(1) ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

By attending Frighthouse Station, you knowingly confirm that you:

• Assume all risks associated with attendance.
• Will follow all instructions by staff and will not act in a way that puts other guests at risk.
• Have read, understand, and will follow both the Rules and Terms and Conditions provided.
• Waive your rights concerning liability for injury, as outlined below.

Risks:
You and other guests will be participating in a highly-immersive theatrical experience, which will involve interactions with actors in costume, movement through a dimly-lit venue with obstacles and other persons moving around. These interactions may result in loss or damage to personal property, disorientation, or emotional distress.

Accidental Contact:
There may be instances of incidental contact with fellow attendees, actors, and/or physical set pieces within the experience.

Allergy & Sensitivity Risks:
The event uses special effects like fog, loud noises, strobe lights and sound effects that may be intense for younger audiences. Please reconsider if you or another in your group have sensitivities and/or allergies to sound, light, or smoke.

Triggering Risk:
The haunted attraction has parts that could be scary or intense for younger or those audiences with PTSD or phobias (such as claustrophobia). It may not always be possible to quickly remove yourself in case you experience anxiety or triggering.

(2) SAFETY PLEDGE

To keep the haunted attraction as safe and enjoyable as possible for you and other guests, you pledge:

• To be responsible for your safety and actions both in line and inside the event.
• Follow the Rules and Terms & Conditions posted here and elsewhere.
• Diligently follow the instructions of the staff.

If you fail to follow these steps, you and your entire group may be asked to leave the event early with no refunds.

(3) DISCLAIMERS

By participating in this haunted attraction, you accept all risks associated with your participation, and waive your rights to bring a lawsuit against any Frighthouse Station staff, Valour Designs, LLC, and the owners and operators of Freighthouse Square for any actions or omissions that are not caused by their negligence.

This means that, as permitted under applicable law as a matter of public policy, except where the haunted attraction organizers acted with gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional wrongful acts, you cannot bring a lawsuit against them if you suffer any injuries or losses, your property is damaged or destroyed.

CHOICE OF LAW:

The law of the State of Washington will apply to this document.
